OnePlus recently launched its budget smartphone, OnePlus Nord amidst the lockdown on 21st July 2020. The phone had some great features. It was well received and has now spun its own series. OnePlus has also recently announced that it will launch two new smartphones in the new N-series, Nord N10 5G and Nord N100. They both have a lot of similarities in design with OnePlus 8T. They both come with the hole-punch display. The N-series by Nord is supposed to be a bit budget-friendly. To find out more about these smartphones, just read on the following post.


OnePlus Nord N10 will receive 5G support. This puts a bit higher than OnePlus Nord in pricing. OnePlus Nord N10 will be released at around Rs. 32,000 while OnePlus Nord was released a bit cheaper at Rs. 25,000. Additionally. at this price, you get about 6 GB of Ram and 128 GB of internal storage capacity. It will be launched in Midnight Blue Colour.

OnePlus Nord N100 is comparatively a lot budget-oriented especially because it lacks 4G. It is set to release at around Rs. 17,300. It will come with about 4 GB of RAM and about 64 GB of internal storage. They are both set to launch in Europe initially and will also eventually be also released in India. It will be launched in Midnight Frost shade.

OnePlus Nord N10 5G will have a 6.49 inch full HD display. It will come with the refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone will run on OxygenOS 10.5, which is an Android-based operating system. It will also be powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G processor for fast processing. It will get 6 GB of Ram and 128 GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded to 512 GB via external storage. It will also get dual stereo speakers.

For cameras, N10 5G has a quad-camera setup. The camera setup includes a 64 MP primary sensor and a secondary sensor with a 119-degree ultra-wide lens. There will also be a macro and monochrome sensor. A 16 MP selfie camera will be given for selfies at the front.

It is a 5G phone. Also supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi6, and the latest version of Bluetooth v5.1. It also gets a USB Type-C port. Furthermore, a fingerprint sensor is given on its rear. For battery, you get a 4,300 mAh battery which should easily last you an entire day. It also comes with a Warp Charge 30T fast charging technology.

OnePlus Nord N100 will also run on OxygenOs 10.5 just like its 5G sibling Nor N10. It will feature a 6.52-inch HD+ display and a 60Hz refresh rate. The phone will run on the octa-core Snapdragon 460 processor. It will also come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage. You will be able to expand its storage. It also has a triple camera setup with a 13 MP primary camera, a portrait lens and a macro shooter. There will be an 8 MP front selfie camera as well.

Unlike Nord N10, it will not come with 5G support. Instead, it will come with a $g LTE support. For display, it receives an LCD panel. It also offers dual stereo speakers.

Additionally, it will have larger battery support of 5000 mAh. There will also be an 18W fast charger included with it. For connectivity, it will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and USB Type-C.


OnePlus has re-entered the budget section with its N-series smartphones. One plus Nord has already received some favourable reviews. Now with Nord N10 and Nord N100, OnePlus is set to capture the budget section line-up, although there is strong competition from various companies like Xiaomi, Oppo, etc. Both N10 and N100 seem good on paper. OnePlus is yet to reveal the release dates of these phones in India and is currently going to launch them in Europe and North America.
