The GPU consumes 125 W of power and has higher requirements for cooling than the 1660 and Ti models. Hence, with the dual cooling fan and excellent heatsink, 1660 Super manages the heat output well, making it an excellent pro feature.

Cons : RT Cores are not present

The lack of RT cores and Tensor cores makes Super 1660 unable to speed up its Ray tracing features. Ray tracing helps in rendering images by tracing the path of light as pixels. It makes the images come to life and gives a great visual experience. Hence the unavailability of RT Cores in 1660 Super limits the gaming experience to some extent.

RT cores are available with the RTX 20 series. Even the Ti model doesn’t come with the RT cores. As the RTX series is quite expensive, Super 1660 is also limited while comparing it to another league.
